If you have opted for self-collection for your order, we will get in touch with you via email after your purchase to arrange a time.
For orders placed before 18 July: Self-collection is possible from Queenstown / Commonwealth on most days, and at Tiong Bahru / Tanjong Pagar on certain days.
For orders placed after 18 July: Self-collection is only possible from Punggol East.
Delivery is at $5 for all locations islandwide, and will be shipped within 4 to 6 days. If you need your pots earlier than that, just shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
Store For Me (Currently unavailable)
If you want to see what other pots we have up our sleeves before combining all your orders in one delivery, we can store your pots for you until you’re ready! We’ll deliver all your orders together the next time you select “Delivery” as your shipping option.The maximum storage period is 40 days from your latest order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can deliver to most places around the world, subject to current shipping conditions! Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping quote.
Will you be restocking your pots?
Yes – if it’s a design that is still in production, we will try to keep stocks available as much as we can. However, if it’s been marked as one-of-a-kind, it’s exactly that and we will be unable to bring back the same design! Sometimes we also choose to discontinue certain designs if they’re not so popular, or if we’re not happy with the quality we’re receiving.
Can I pre-order/reserve pots?
Whilst we don't offer pre-orders at the moment, you can sign up to be in a waitlist to be notified via email when a planter comes back in stock. To do so, simply fill in your email on the product page of the pot you’re interested in.
Can I return or refund my purchase?
If you are not 100% happy with the pot(s) you have purchased, you can return the pot(s) to us for a full refund or exchange for something else of the same value. Products must be returned in its original condition. Returns must be arranged on your own and can be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you have received a broken pot or an incorrect order, please send us a picture of what you received via email at email@example.com and we will be happy to arrange for a refund or redelivery.
Can you help me look for a specific planter design with a specific size and specific shape?
Sure, we are happy to help! Happy plants in happy pots = happy people. If you have a request for a specific planter design that you’d like our help in searching for, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us at @potto.potto.
Can I visit your shop?
We are an online-only business unfortunately.
